Andy is often heard saying, “Let’s make it happen!” Andy is a powerhouse of ideas and a creative problem-solver. He brings incredible ideas to the table that save time, money and ultimately improves the quality and value of the deal. He has a gift to discover and problem-solve challenges before it arises. His communication and dedication to others strengthen the partnerships with the entire team. He is highly skilled to guide your project from an idea into feasibility studies and pro formas. He will design and develop all the architectural plans, specifications, and preparation of budgets and schedules. Andy will lead the entire design team of architects, engineers, and specialty consultants. Lastly, he oversees construction management to ensure your project is built according to every meticulous detail. Andy has over 25 years of experience designing commercial properties to highly complexed laboratories and everything in-between.

Vijay’s thoughtful designs have produced exceptionally stylish spaces for people to live, learn, work, and play. He is obsessed with the details that combine beauty and functionality. His background in urban design focuses on creating highly efficient spaces with methods to maintain, grow, or transition. At the same time, Vijay always sees opportunities to promote adaptive reuse processes and other sustainable practices during renovations. He oversees all facets of project management: budget, schedule, programming, production, and quality control. His leadership has delivered projects through all aspects of design and construction throughout the metroplex. His 25 years of experience encompass all aspects of architectural design and construction document preparation, real estate analytics and construction management.

After the initial design, layouts, critical components, and challenges have all been considered, Dave continues to evolve the design. He organizes and drafts details for placement and specifications of the project’s various systems and unique materials. He digs into the parts, brands, and mechanics to enhance the functions, longevity, and quality of the space. Dave is a conceptual problem-solver with experience in commercial, educational, hospitality, industrial, institutional, retail, residential and transportation facilities. Dave has 25 years’ experience in Architecture and Construction. Utilizing multiple artistic talents, strong organization, and advanced technical skills, he pushes projects from theoretical drawings into a built reality.
