Noble Cosmetics Surgery Center, Plano Texas
This 8,000-sf facility is designed to the American Association for Ambulatory Care (AAHC) standard and comprise of offices, exam rooms, laser rooms, an aesthetician suite, pre-op and post-op areas, a Porte cochere for patient drop off and pick up. The surgical suite contains both operating and procedure rooms, dirty and clean rooms, an aesthesia work area, piped-in med-gas infrastructure, etc.
AN Properties Portfolio - Multi-Family Residential
This rehab commission consists of several multi-family apartment buildings in several East Dallas neighborhoods. The scope of work included interior layout modification of individual units, architectural building façade upgrades, mechanical and electrical systems upgrades, and landscaping.
Graff Foot, Ankle & Wound Care Center
IDD Architects designed this 11,000-sf, 2- story medical Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) for a positive patient experience - with a modern, clean look fused with subtle but timeless ornate details that is both functional and inspirational. The center comprises of offices, exam rooms, x-ray/pharmacy areas, pre-op/post-op areas and a hyperbaric suite. The surgical suite contains both operating and procedure rooms, dirty and clean rooms, an aesthesia work area, piped-in med-gas infrastructure, staff areas, mechanical and electrical support areas. Located in Plano, this center is an accredited ASC facility with the state of Texas.
Imagique Salon Suites (III)
The 10,000-sf interior finish-out design is a 50-room beauty salon designed to induce an inviting and pleasant patron experience. The facility contains facial suites, styling suites, massage suites, administrative/common areas, and mechanical/electrical support spaces. Scope of work included modification of existing life safety systems, installation of new HVAC system capable of independent control per suite, and envelope upgrade. Also, roof mounted Solartubes were used for natural lighting throughout the hallways. The project is in Plano, Texas.
Rosewood Retail Park Center
This 28,000-sf, 2-story commission was designed as a restaurant and movie theatre complex with four stadium-style seating movie theatres, a bar, a multi-cuisine restaurant, and retail stores. The project is in Alvarado, Texas.
